You can return your items if it's within 14 days after you have received your order.
Items must have their original tags attached. Items are unworn and unwashed (no distinct odors, blemishes, signs of wear etc.). Items covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted.
Your items will be inspected and only accepted if they comply with the returns policy. Check the returns policy for further details.
Package all returning items with the sent shipping bag and enclose the return form. Mail it to the following address:

use the enclosed address labelUnfortunately, if 14 days passed since you have received your items or you bought the item(s) on sale, we can’t offer you a refund.
If you followed all the instructions for your items and they comply with the returns policy, your refund will be processed within 10 business days after we have received the items.
You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs of your return items. To make it easier for you we enclosed an address label which you can use to send it to us. Also, our shipping bag can be used to return items as it has a second adhesive strip to close the bag.
We currently do not support free returns but we are working on it.
